seems that a blockage in parotid gland duct or some irregularity in gland secretion... no idea which diagnosis test will revail the hidden problem.. drs usually deal with antibiotic therapy for 2.3 days. but it has no effect on swelling. kindly guide me plz

From how much time swelling is present at jaw. if it is from long time and not relieving from antibiotic then it may pleomorphic adenoma of parotid gland or some other tumour. clinical examination and investigation like FNAC and ultrasound Neck is necessary for final diagnosis.
