when i woke up from deep sleep at night, i felt sever pain in external ear and it last for few minutes. But its very hurtful, please suggest its solution

tab softin od...5mg...once daily
tab tonoflex p..one table twice a day
avoid cleaning your ear with cotton bud or hair pi etc...use dexatob drops...2 drops...3 times a day...
take medicne fir 5 days...
avoid water entry in ear while taking bath

use cap Velosef 500mg bd, tab Neoprox 500mg bdand otocaine ear drop for 5 day also avoid water entry into the effected ear.
