I am feeling pain in throat and hardly can speak from last four days. No fever or flu. Please suggest what should I take as medicine?

till then take panadol 500 mg ' 2+2+2+2 as needed for pain. or tab brufen 400 ' 1+1+1
Steam inhalation, warm saline gorgles, Tab Zyrtec one daily, Tab Brufen 400mg two times daily for five days
May be you are suffering from acute sore throat. Do gargle with the Betnisol 2×3 time, Tab Annuva 2time daily, A course are some antibiotics eg cap Velosef 500mg 3time a day. If not relieve than see an ent specialist.
