White furry patches on tongue , red tiny bumps, painful tongue, burning tongue, throat feels dry and maybe has patches aswell because a bit of a sore throat.
Tongue started feeling like this slowly and gradually since Sept/oct 2023. When I eat and drink it affects the throat and then feels like it’s tightening/swelling even when I gargle. What is causing this problem you think?
