Talk to Eye Specialist on Abscess Uper Side Eye

Dear All, Aslaam O Alkium, I have an abscess uper side of eye from my childhood, In 2013 i have operate it by doctor. After 2 months of operate in all area of abscess i got puss. I contact to another doctor and he also make an operation and clean it. But no result. After 5 years the puss begins again. And it starts very painfully this time. Now this time i came to Lahore but no positive responce. Because Some says to contact to Eye Surgeon, Eye doctor says contact to Neuro Surgeon. Can any body help me to solve my problem.

you need to go to a tertiary care hospital which has multi-disciplinary departments, the case needs to be seen by eye surgeon, Neuro surgeon and may be maxillofacial surgeon.

I think you might have a dermoid cyst . Get xray orbits done .you need to be seen by a good eye specialist

it looks like a dermoid.. cyst.. which has been not adequately drained and cleaned.. thats why infection in it re occurs... a CT scan will show all its dimensions.. may be its extensive.. any how a thorough examination has to be done before reaching any conclusion
