Yes you have glaucoma , but According to the report you have open angle glaucoma, you should start anti glaucoma medicine I.e Tilomide Eye drops 1+1 and maintain your intraocular pressure normal , when eye pressure increases you feel headach . So continue glaucoma medicine

if it's possible surgery doctor do surgery remove glaucoma in first stage or insert pressure tube for maintenan the pressure

If eye pressure is controlled with medicine, no need to go for surgery if pressure is not controlled with the medicine than we proceed surgical treatment.
