bring your father to eye clinic with OCT report after detail eye examination it will be decided which type of treatment he needed just with OCT report and without other eye examination one can't say anything how to see better
patient should be examined in OPD. diabetes is leading cause of retinal damage. he should get the proper treatment after examination
