Talk to Eye Specialist on Distichiasis

Meri grandmother ko Distichiasis hain kafi saalo say jisay wo khud ghar mein tweezers say ball pluck karwa kar manage kar rahi thi but since last year inka ya masla zada ho gaya ha and har dusray din even epilation kay bawajood Ball ajata hain jin ki waja say inki ankh mein dala hua lense be inhay dhundala dikhata ha. We have visited some doctors but all of them had denied lid splitting surgery and asks us to only stay with tweezers method which is of no use now. and with constant irritation in her eyes due to hair her lifestyle is getting effected. She is 75 and a heart patient too. I want to know if anyone do cryotherapy, electrolysis for Distichiasis in Pakistan if lid splitting is not an option for her.
