around 4 months ago i had an electric shock at the right hand since then my eyes are itching and had dry dark circles i ve checked with eye doctor he said all is well use wasline cream but nothing has worked please guide what should i do. regards

Aoa. Where have they asked you to apply vaseline cream? For dark circles please hydrate and do not apply vaseline to your eyelashes or inside the eye please.
