Talk to Eye Specialist on Eye / Bvd / Balance Problem

I am having shaky vision sometimes, feeling off- balance , eye floaters, can't look at complex patterns , nausea, headache at least one time a week , light sensitivity (especially the headlights of cars irritates my vision) , flashes of light sometimes , feel like walking on air from last 6 months I've done exercises for vertigo but they don't help I'm suspecting I have binocular vision dysfunction ( BVD ) but didn't find any doctor who considers it.
