Aap ney 1 Wk ihtiat karnee haee , Operation keey 1 Wk keey baad aap bath leey saktee haen , namaz keey liyeey sakta kar saktee haen aur cooking aap kar saktee haen light see , jaisey chaey bana lein , rice boil karney hoon just Onion kee bhunai nahee karnee because onion sey aankh mein pani aana shooroo ho jata hae woh aap neey 2 wks ka perhaiz karna hae . Eye drops aap 4 times per day dalein I.e Tobradex eye drops + Exocin Eye drops and continue until 1 month. Glaucoma drops jaisey pehley use kar rahee haen waisey karein .
Ok , improve ho jaeey gee vision , agar aap ko operation sey pehley koi eye problem nahee hae tu vision behtar ho jaeey gee

Agar previous eye checkup kee reports haen tu aap send kar saktee haen
Agar glaucoma cataract kee wajah sey hae phir tu aap ka glaucoma settle ho sakta hae jaisey hum kehtey haen secondary glaucoma, agar cataract kee wajha sey nahee hae aur aap ko pehley sey hae uss mein hum patient ko eye pressure control karney keey liyeey drops deety haen , aap previous eye examination kee reports send karein uss sey pata chal jaeey ga

CD ratio is border line.. OCT can show this patient has glaucoma or not.. Un necessary glaucoma medication should be avoided

Yes , your cup disc ratio shows that you have glaucoma aur iss keey liyeey aap ko further test karwana ho ga I.e OCT disc ) and Visual field for glaucoma ,continue anti glaucoma drops according to your doctor prescription who did your surgery and you have to maintain your eye pressure by using anti glaucoma drops and by Intraoccular pressure checkup. It’s a long term treatment .

Ok , aap kee jo condition iss aur vision iss time hae glaucoma kee wajaha sey woh medicine sey maintain raheey gee , agar aap medicine I mean anti glaucoma drops use kartee rahein gee tu further nerve fibres damage nahee hoon geey . Aap ney Intra ocular pressure check karateey Rehan hae woh increase na honey paey aur glaucoma tu aap ko raheey ga aap ney iss mein regular drops use karney haen .
