also follow rule of 20:20:20 means after every twenty minutes see at twenty feet distance for twenty second

Follow 20-20-20 principal.. after every 20mints of work look at far off object (20ft) for 20 seconds and so on to prevent eye from strain..

1.Use artificial eye drops.
2.Use blue filter lenses to avoid screen exposure.
3. Make warmer colour saturation/ yellow colour using screen.

you have Pterygium it needs surgery you should consult nearby ophthalmologist

it is suspected pterygium
use lubricants and anti reflective glasses. use 20/20/20 rule during working.
