This slip is Autoref. generated but we do subjective refraction to confirm best corrected vision & prescribed accordingly. U r simple Myopic & needs glasses or Laser Refractive surgery for permanent 6/6 vision in both eyes for which u needs to be seen 1st. Hoping u got ur answer.

there looks to be a refractive error in ur eyes.. ur visual aquity is to be checked properly on a snell chart.. and subjective correction done.. if u need a glasses number will be prescribed which u will have to wear
