Dear Sir. I am facing nystagmus Eye balls movement horizontally i have very vision is there any treatment for my vision not for my eye ball movement i have no problem with this movement.

Nystagmus and Poor vision go along side by side. The poorer the vision more the nystagmus. Unfortunately the causes of nystagmus are multiple and depending upon the cause the vision varies. Spectacle are the solution if required but only provide moderate vision. If cause is able to be managed at early age then there is possibility of slightly better vision
