Hello! my eye sight was absolutely fine before corona, but during lockdown ,my screen time on mobile got increased approximately up to 10 hours as i have nothing to do, and now i have blurry vision when i see wt long distance but i could see short distance perfectly, could i improve my eyesight and should i start wearing glasses
