Eye Swelling

Question

Its been 2 days that I have a pimple in my eye. There's extreme discomfort and pain. Applying cortisporin ointment but no effect. There's too much swelling as well. There is no watering or redness. Kindly recommend a remedy. Thanks in advance.

tab brufen 400 mg 1+1+1
hot fomentation
lid cleaning with moist cotton
tobrex eye drops 1+1+1+1

Thank you for asking. Actually you this is eye lid infection called Hordeolum. You should use this medicines,  Tobradex eye drops 1 drop TDS for 1 week,  Nebra eye ointment at bed time for 1 week,  Tab. Augmentin 375 mg TDS for 3 days and Tab caflam 50 mg BD for 2 days. Also apply hot compression 3 tines daily for 3 days.
