but controlling stress is not in my hand and my eyelid twiching giving me more anxiety

don't worry.it will be alright within one week.stress,strain ,ocular dryness ,some muscular and neurological conditions can be cause of eye twitching.use these medicines for one week and then as per Situation we can modify our treatment.As per my observations in your attached videoit will be alright
