This is a picture of my father eyes he underwent eye surgery eight years ago he had black water in her eyes which underwent an operation which failed due to which till today can't sec with both eyes now one of left his eyes looks lens the lens pain them showed to the doctor but he does not operate now in his right eye a white grain is visible from two weeks please if anyone can tell me what is it all white grain? He will have to undergo surgery?
It appears Cataract
One can operate thinking as only eye
Needs clinical correlation, might need surgery
needs clinical evaluation
That is a mature cataract. Will need to see him if he qualifies for surgery or if the surgery will be helpful to him.
