No need. All computers come with a UV blocker anyways. If it was a problem, the whole world would have had Eye problems! So relax. Good luck with your work.

my age is 31, I don't wear glasses. I get my eyes checked yearly, Its OK.
I was just concern that, working daily long hours on computer or tablet might have negative effect on eye-sight, and there may be some special glasses for this purpose.

No its okay you just follow 20 20 20 formula after 20 mint look for 20 feet distance for 2 mint and blinks eyes 20 times

There are no special glasses. You have to change your life style. Like you may need to take rest in between work. Moreover place computer below your head level and decrease the over use of mobile.
Further you may be suffering because of dry eyes because of your work.
For that you should get your eyes checked

I have noted your instructions and will follow it.
I usually get my eyes checked every 2/3 years. Once Dr prescribed EYWET drops (of Kobec) for dryness. Which helped and I used for a month.
Is it safe to use Eywet drops daily for long-term? How many drops and frequency?

Ws well nowadays in latest laptops and computers eye protection screen or mode is present so you can use these gadgets for many hours but when you use these for longer periods you get computer vision syndrome your eyes get drier so for that I will suggest tears naturale drops one drop before computer usage and you can enjoy your work.
