Talk to Eye Specialist on Eyes Infection

My eyes are itching from 3-4 days. Suddenly yesterday when I woke up in the morning my eyes are swelleled, red with yellow thick substance on the eye Lashes. Now it's second day. When I sleep at night the yellow water keeps on coming from the eyes. The eyes are still red, swelled, yellow substance is also stick to the Lashes. The eyes are itching as well. The eyes in pic show less redness whereas in reality eyes are more red and swelled. When I wash the eyes it becomes more red n itching starts. Kindly recommend eye drops or some medicine. Or if it's necessary to visit doc I will do it. (as I m avoiding to visit doc due to pandamic)
