Talk to Eye Specialist on Eyes Issue

my eyes appear small than before. I am not sure about the exact problem. sometimes i feel that eye balls have gone inside the eye sockets because of fat burning or sometimes google says it may be beacuse of loose eyelid .my age is 21 and i dont feel any eyesight problems.
