She is suffering from Amblyopia.
Amblyopia is also termed as lazy eye. This condition is most from birth, patient usualy came to know when they got there eyesight tested.
There is no need of surgery,you have to only patch her right eye and ask her to do her homework or play with her toys and use her Left eye with her glasses on for atleast 6 to 8 hours a day on regular bases. You can feel obvious results in 3 to 6 months.
