Talk to Eye Specialist on Had Lasik 3 Months Ago

I had lasik surgery on 8 April 2022 from Dr. Israel Amanat Eye Hospital rwp. My eyesight before Surgery was -3.75 (R & L). Now I recently have an eye sight test here in Germany (I live here) that's my latest eye report. (pfa)
I feel a little headache sometimes mb that's because of migran but not sure that's why I go for eye test assuming maybe my eyesight is weak. Please see the report and tell me is my eyesight still weak? Do I need to wear glasses?

no youre eye sight as per autoref reading seems to be normal after LASIK....might be some other cause for headache

Not a significant error there.. Autorafctor will prescrib number to any body.. It should be checked on snells chart weather u have any problems or not.. And does this number improve ur vision? But failure in lasik after 3 monthes is a remote possibility.. Thanks
