salam, has she been under the eye doctor? as this is an issue which has been there since birth , it needs to be seen by a good children ophthalmologist.
Strabismus is a visual disorder in which the eyes are misaligned and point in different directions. ... When the eyes are misaligned, typically one eye will fixate on objects of interest while the other eye turns in (esotropia), out (exotropia), down (hypotropia), or up (hypertropia).
i have written above for you to understand .
we call this cross eye as well
Common treatments for these and other kinds of strabismus include special eye drops, eye patches, appropriate eyewear, vision therapy, and—in extreme cases—surgery. Most of the time, strabismus can be fixed if caught early enough and treated appropriately.
thanks
The misalignment can be fixed. If the vision is affected then that might be a problem to improve that. But alignment can be fixed.
She needs evaluation. May be corrected by court conservative treatment. Or
may need surgery.
wasalam yes have many solutions no doubt but first ve to rule out if any
significant vision in that particular eye ...what can b reason of
misalignment and whther can b improved with glasses ..and if with glass
vision is good and still misalignment better to do surgery to correct it ..
If this issue was dedtected at birth the only viable option is likely to be
surgery. she needs to be seen by an eye doctor as soon as possible as the
surgery should have been done quite some time ago. this is now a matter of
urgency and should be done as soon as possible
Usually, it is a curable disease however, the final verdict can be given after examination.
