Noise In Left Ear

Question

sir i have problem in left ear.there is loud noise in left ear.as just like vehicle or cloud noise.no problem of hearing but only noise.people voice comes very sharply.6 month ago i had same problem,I consulted ENT doctor which were cured.now due to corona he is on leave.now again I have same problem.that doctor told me that ur vastibular neuron is little bit weak.plz advice some medicine.
