you was wearing -5. it's mean to say you was unable to see first letter of the testing board and now you can easily read complete board with out glasses,
secondly, you said that your vision is fine so no worried, it will remain same in sha Allah
Auto ref machine some times gives numbers, but if your vision is fine so no need to worried about
your are using drops keep on using and contact with the doctor who done LASIK
as well
