My 6 year.old have puffy under eyes and from past 2 days her eyes are red also ... her skin is very thin and sensitive she get dust allergy allergy every year. usually it gets fine with rigix syrup but this is not the same its not on her skin this time ... I need to know if this puffiness is bcz of some vitamin deficiencies or it needs further attention ....

i used gentamycin drops for eyes and redness in 90% gone but the puffy ess under eyes are permanent... sometimes its less but these days its very prominent. she's so young to have this

Gentamycin may have worked but its useless antibiotic. Use a batter one for good results. Put moxigon edps 1 drop 3 times a day and veflox eye ointment at nite for 3 days. It will be ok..
