Asking For Self, Male 25, Islamabad

I am using laptop for 4-6 hour daily for the sake of doing online work. I am using anti-glaring glasses. However, I see that my eyes get reddish. What are your recommendations for it, dietry as well as medication. Thanks!

Eye Surgeon in Karachi - Dr. Qamar Ul Islam

Use artificial tears Systane 5-6 times a day.. And also take a break of 20 seconds every 20 min of using laptop

Eye Surgeon in Izmir - Dr. Hayati Turker

Most people blink 75% less than normal when working in front of a computer screen. Remind yourself to blink more often. Shut down your eyes for 20 seconds once in every 20 minutes. Support these actions with lubricating eye drops.

Just take a few minutes off after an hour of laptop work. You can wash your eyes and that’s it . If there is persistent redness and pain then some eye medication might be needed

Frequent blinking . Reduce illumination intensity.On/off Polytears E/D  4-6 times a day.

Eye Surgeon in Karachi - Dr. Zahid Abbasi

This is due to getting dry eyes, by continuously facing screens with fully opened eyes develop dry eyes so you should frequently wash your eyes, do self blinking while working on computers and try this medicine Femicon eye drops BD for 5 days and Systane eye drops TDS for 1 month.
