Talk to Eye Specialist on Sunkened Eyes

Assalam o Alaikum. I am really concerned about my deeply sunkened eyes. I am just 22 yr old but my eyes give a look of an old person. They are extremely hollow from medial side, appear like a groove extending from upper to lower eyelid medially, both eyes. Also the dark circles make the hollowness more prominent and give and overall fatigued look to my face. This hollowness is not by birth and its increasing with time. Although I take proper sleep and drink enough water. Why is it happening? What to do now ?
