My right eye upper area had a big chalazion for a few days, I am applying eye polyfex but it's swelling more. what should I do to get rid of this upper eyelid chalazion?

is it painful or solid swelling . if it's painful then oral antibiotic I needed polyfex is of no help. if it's solid painless nodule it need surgery

The weight is 46kg and I am currently using eye polyfex, also taking folic acid and duphaston tablets due to pregnancy.
