Talk to Eye Surgeon on Keratoconus

I was diagnosed with Keratoconus 2y ago. I went through CXL and now my eye cylinder has been stable for last 1.5y (3.5L, 4R). However, with eyeglasses, my vision quality is not good and it distorted which is affecting my work as it involves a lot of reading. What options do I have to get a good vision despite scleral and RGP lenses? Can Intacs reduce the cylinder power and make my vision better? Also how much intacs can cost? TiA
