I spend most of the time in front of computer and from last 2 months unable to read clearly when see screen mind not focus I think my close eye sight is getting weak need your guidance this issue.

you can go for laser after 18 yrs for removal of glasses prescription otherwise it remain

first you should go to eye clinic for proper eye examination,
also take break during computer work after every twenty minutes for twenty second see at twenty meter distance
also use artificial tears eye drops during computer work so that your eyes not get dry during work
