are you taking any medicine for systemic any disorder,
you should have astigmatism it can be cause for such lights,you can use polarized sunglasses which reduce such light issues also reduce your unnecessary mbl use especially in dim light at night,use any lubricant eye drops

without any proper eye examination someone can't answer all questions until you have complete details eye examination everyone have different options about your situation

ur symptoms are not being addressed , age is not for dry eye , sort out with good ophthalmologist

AR coating glasses use karen aur wo drop use karty rahen
Dear you can have detaild Fundus Examination . Although cylinderical number takes time but glare issue can be reduced by AR coating .
continue to use drops .
It needs a slitlamp examination both anterior and posterior segment to exclude any abnormal things. If both segments are othwise normal only then dry eye could be considered. Just 0.5 cylinder increase can not devolp all these symptoms
