Talk to Eye on Eye Pain

My eye is hurting.i feel pain on left eye with it's eyebrow and also same side of head in front and back side at particular point. isse phly b red hojati hy ek dum without feel or feeling.it hurts.no b.p high issue.my eye sight is weak from school days having minus 1 number till now.kbhi asa problem ni hua but last Kuch months se ye issue Ara hy na mob dekh pari na tv ka Dil krta khichaao feel hota eye me jese stress me agyi hy.iski wajse or Kuch remedy btayen plz.stress lene se b bhari pan feel hojata.but iska Hal kia hy
