Are you sure it's blephritis ? you can get checked if you want.
For blephritis use this

-Blephamide eye ointment.... 2 times a day.... apply on eyelid margins
-Tears natural eye drops.... 1 drop.... 4 times a day
-Wash eyelashes with baby shampoo 3 times a day

Keep your eyelids clean a gentle cleanser (like baby shampoo) to clean your eyelids
e/d Tear plus (TDS)
e/d Eyemox D (TDS) for 1week

first wash your eyelids with baby Johnson shampoo,then apply blephamide eye ointment bed time for one week

Js tareqe se ap issue bta rahyn Ky apko blepharitis ha, iska mtlb ha, you have been to a doctor before for this purpose.
Agr ap nhy gye, then use Selson blue or Johnson's baby (any mild shampoo), wash your scalp (hairs), along with your eye lashes. Use warm compress, agr khuski sakht sakht hojatey, ya jam jatey..
