I am suffering from red eyes, weak eyesight and watery eyes problems. Can you suggest to me the best eye drops for the treatment of these problems with my eyes????

Must be seen physically, it’s ur eyes don’t ignore it as it may be something serious involving Retina as week eyesight,

if you know already your eyesight is weak then why not wearing your glasses,watery eyes can be a cause of not wearing glasses sometimes,also from how much days you have watery eyes also your screen work time mention all these details,also your glasses prescription

There are 3 problems you mentioned.
Red eyes, watering and weak eyesight.
Red eyes have many reasons. It could be viral or bacterial infection, allergy and many other issues. So watering is associated with red eyes.
I would suggest you comprehensive eye examination from any near Opthalmologist/Optometrist. So that proper medication could be started.
Wash your eyes with clean fresh water and clean hands for 5 to 6 times
if redness persists. use Exocin eye drops 2 times for a day and if doesnot work then have youself checked from a Specialist.
