Talk to Gastroenterologist on Abdominal Pain On Right Bottom

Sir I suffered from last 3 months in right side abdominal pain. I have check many general medicine doctors but I am not feel well. also I have done urine test and ultrasound but there is no issue in both reports. I do not understand whats the problem with me. also I suffered in a gastric problem and constipation in my past history and now my stomach produce a large amount of gas which I release in a hole day. please advise me what I do and I want your consultation regarding this matter.
