Talk to Gastroenterologist on Addiction Of Chatting A Girl

I'm 25 years old, I have stomach issues heartburn, refluxes, heart beating too fast I got CBC test which shows rouleaux formation. I'm in a relationship with a girl on mobile from 16 months we chat daily for 5 6 hours or sometime 4 hours at night when I come back from my office I chat with her and in office also we chat. But when she unavailable due to her busy schedule I feel very down and uncomfortable when she don't reply me fast I feel anxious, when she comes to me after 6 7 hours of unavailability I argue with her and fight with her, my sleep is also disturbed due to this schedule and at night I talk in sleep in other words she is always in my mind and I'm feeling anxious and depressed, overthinking is my habit.
