I’m a 19 yr old female, & due to constipation I got some tiny anal fissure that won’t go away, as i used to get them before too but they would heal on their own, but this time this isn’t going away. Its been a week. It is bothering bcuz it makes passing the stool very difficult. If any doctor could help..

needs detail history, is there severe pain during defecation? better to take an online appointment , for time being Can apply Xylocain Gel alternatively with Diltazem cream for lacal application, avoid constipation, use stool softener Isphagul husk , Cremaffin 2TSF HS , Take sitz bath Two times a day , then F/up after 1 week.
Consult nearby gastroenterologist for local examination,meanwhile use medications as mentioned by Dr Hafeez in this forum.

anyways if its fissure then use following:
GTN ointment + Lignocaine gel... twice daily for 1 month
Sitz bath twice daily
take fibre diet. increase water intake 6 to 8 glaas daily
if no recovery after 1 month then go for surgery
