I have anal fissure and it curved but then this outgrowth developed since one year. now it discharge pus with little pain. sometimes blood with stool but then stops without medication. stool frequency is 5 to 7 times in 24 hours. plz suggest treatment options. regards

three years back I have anal fissure and bleeding and surgeon dr give medicines and it was ok. two years back a small outgrowth appeared and remained for three months with out any pus discharge. then it healed without any medication. it appears once again and now increasing in size and pus discharge
