Talk to Gastroenterologist on Anal Pain After Passing Of Stools

person-avatar

Asking for Self, Male, 27 years old, Karachi

After passing the stools, I feel burning pain and itching around the bottom for about several hours (3-4) but mentioned that there is no bleeding. Is that fissures or Hemorrhoids? I attached picture here. Kindly recommend me best way to deal with this...

Thank You.

These look like hemorrhoids. Associated fissure is also possible u need to visit a general surgeon for this purpose.

Dr. Muhammad Huzaifa but I never face bleeding issue. I consulted with General Surgeon last week, he said this is anal fissure and recommend GTN 0.2% for night on daily basis. For stool softening he recommends syrup Duphalac a lactulose syrup.
