Talk to Gastroenterologist on Anxiety, Fatigue, Gallbladder Stones

اسلام علیکم I m 27, having gallbladder stone, stomach issues (acidity n h pylori +), also an anxiety and panic disorder patient from 4 years. Using ecitalopram 10 mg from 2 months and esomeprazole 40 mg, sometimes relispa forte for pain of stones.. It was alright but from 2 to 3 days having much fatigue specialy after a meal. I slept 9 hours daily. But after breakfast I again feel much sleepy, absent minded, blurred vision and tiredness till night. After a meal symptoms get worse. I am a teacher, doin online work also. But I can't fulfil my responsibilities dye to this condition. Its very uncomfortable and irritating. Respected Doctors plz guide me and suggest something to restore my energy levels. Thanku
