Skin peeling under nails, burning under eyes on cheeks, fatigue, fingers stiffness and pain. recent reports The ANA test for lupus was positive The rheumatoid factor and anticcp antibodies ( for rheumatoid arthritis ) were negative. The SSA and antibodies for Sjogren’s were negative The ANA was positive and can be found in lupus, But the lupus index was with a negative index which is less supportive of lupus. . The complete blood count was without anemia. The chemistry profile was without electrolyte abnormalities. The Vectra DA level ( another index of inflammation ) was elevated at 33 which is compatible with moderate disease activity. If the joint swelling and stiffness persist we may need consider additional medicatio. The TSH ( thyroid ) was slightly elevated and we may need to add thyroid if
