Aoa Gastroenterologist opinion needed!
symptoms: since 1.5 year 15 kg weight loss hemoglobin decreasing from 3 months extreme hairfall + weakness and heart palpitations, thyroid test normal serum iron 37 low and serum ferritin 5 low went to gastroenterologist he thought its malabsorption issue soo tested h pylori Stool , (Came negative) celiac disease, (Came negative) Fecal occult blood test (came positive)
thn dr decided to do endoscopy and thn colonoscopy, Endoscopy was normal but duodenum and antral biopsy showed h pylori even endoscopy and h pylori stool negative , I have never any stomach related issue , My ques is Q: Dr if I take h pylori treatment how could I know my h pylori cured? Because h pylori stool aur endoscopy mein disease show nhi hoti again biopsy krwa k check krna hoga ? Kyunki I don’t have any stomach symptoms k wo solve hojye to pta lage , just have those mentioned above
Good question... take medications as advised by worthy gastroenterologist... to assess for the successful treatment of H Pylori eradication therapy do a Urea Breath Test(UBT). it will be negative IA

Inn shaa Allah , thank you dr , dr is that possible stool for h pylori came negative even biopsy shows active h pylori? Is lab false result? And also endoscopy normal dr also missed it during procedure?

yes stool can came negative fir h pylori.. every test has its own limitions

Dr I upload reports in comments kindly check , and how could endoscopist missed it during endoscopy procedure? Or it’s not shows in endoscopy?
