Talk to Gastroenterologist on Bloating ,Gas And Diarrhea

I have heart palpitations and I'm taking Alprazolam 0.5mg and Indral every night . Since last night I having stomach/belly pain ,Gas and now diarrhea. My grandparents and uncle had diarrhea and chest pain and in three to two days they had heart attack and they died .I'm worried that same will happen to me even though my ecg and Eco tests are normal .( Last December) .I'm so worried please help me I don't want to die .
