I’ve persistent pain and itching in anus followed by stool in blood that I had 2 months back. I’ve constipation, stomachache and backache with prolonged standing too. Stomachache especially after breakfast. And swollen and painful gums. There was dripping blood before but now I observe it with stool only. Im afraid of colonoscopy etc. kindly suggest something as I’m quite confused.
