Talk to Gastroenterologist on Blood With Stool

Some drops of fresh blood has been coming with soft stools since last night's Iftar. Sometimes there is a small blood clot. No pain, burning or constipation. On the day when the blood came for the first time, I was experiencing a headache and fast heartbeat. Haven't taken any medicine yet. Please guide me.

History:

Two years ago I had a bladder stone which was removed by medicine. Had a problem with hemorrhoids some time back which got better with medicine and normal diet. And since then I always eat simple food. Constipation is an occasional problem that resolves on its own.
