My sister struggling with constipation for 9 years now. Tried duphalac, psyllium husk, homeopathy meds, home remedies like castor oil in milk, cassia fistula(amaltas), blackseed (kalonji). All of these has a temporary effect for a day or two and then same condition. water intake around 6 7 glass/day. replaced white flour with chakki flour. physically very active. Empties bowel after 3 to 4 days.
