Talk to Gastroenterologist on Coccyx Pain

hello my wife facing coccyx pain from the day after giving birth to baby, at start she had a thread worms and constipation problem due to which she has to sit in bthroom for long time i think pain started there that time, now worms and constipation is better but still whenever she comes from bathroom pain start again and also she feel pain and swelling at both side while passing urine and while passing stool. she saw blood 3 times in motion. swelling pain in blood in motion could it be due to piles or could it be due to heat of foods she is having for strength and recovery. Its been 26 days after delivery.

plz guide me in these things how to treat them how to recover possibly without medicines because she has already had so much medicines for different things in 2 years of time period.
