History : I've had constipation twice recently from what i remember. First time was ( 2 or 3 weeks ago) lasted max 1 or 2 days with rectal area pain, i ate some food and the constipation issue finished. Now it's been almost 4 days I'm having penile and rectal pain i pass stool 1 or 2 times in a day when i eat some fiber rich food the pain and constipation becomes less.
